ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Although there is no formal educational requirement, fluency in written and spoken English is a necessity for participation in the program. Basic computer skills are needed for all courses, but not expertise. Specifically, students should be comfortable using the Internet and e-mail, and some word processing, but the program will teach basic Excel functionality.

TECHNOLOGY/EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

Regular access to some sort of computer is required. Although all work can be done on a mobile platform (tablets, smartphones, and other mobile devices), students may find it easier to work on a laptop or traditional computer.

  1. An Internet connection (high-speed access recommended, such as cable or DSL).
  2. Latest version of any chosen Web browser.
  3. A working e-mail account.
  4. Some courses require the use of a Webcam and/or microphone.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

Participants may submit their registration for the November 2018 program at any time before the application deadline. Program tuition is due upon registration. The tuition rate (Member or Non-Member) will be based on sponsoring employer or company affiliation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

After registration as a participant in the program is confirmed, withdrawal from the program must be submitted in writing. Refunds for cancellation will be processed on the following schedule:

  • For cancellations made after November 21, 2018, paid fees will not be refunded.
