AD CAMPAIGN LAUNCHES
Consumers in parts of New England and
the Mid-Atlantic region are gaining greater
awareness of Bioheat
®
from a new televi-
sion campaign that began in November and
continues through February.
The campaign features two 15-second
bookend commercials focusing on energy
security, jobs, environmental stewardship
and most importantly, the reinforcement
of the heating oil industry’s commitment
to their customers by offering a superior
product. The geographic coverage includes
New York, New Jersey and New England.
The stations carrying the message are
WCBS in New York and New Jersey, WBZ
in Boston and WFSB in Connecticut.
The spots are running in concert with the
morning, evening and late night news in
all markets. The ads will also leverage the
draw of NFL Sunday during New York
Jets and New England Patriots pre-game
shows. The campaign will run through
February 25. Complementing the television
campaign is a promotional campaign in the
New York region called “Proud 2B2” that
is running concurrently with the television
commercials.
