Wohler USA recently announced a part-
nership with ROI Marketing, a manufacturers
representative with a strong presence in the
Mid-Atlantic market. “We strive to not only

PHILADELPHIA INSURANCE
OFFERS FUEL DEALERS COVERAGE
Philadelphia Insurance Companies,
a property/casualty and professional liability
insurance company for niche markets,
now offers insurance coverage designed
to protect fuel dealers. Several types of
businesses are eligible for coverage under
Philadelphia’s product, which is specifically
designed for liquid propane, home heating
fuel, bulk oil sales, convenience/retail
stores, and wholesale fuel dealers.
In addition to pollution, auto, and other
more common coverages, Philadelphia
Insurance offers specialized protection for
terminal access cards, liquor liability, and
E&S coverage for hard-to-place exposures.
The company also offers higher sub-limits
for many of the typical coverages that are
unique to fuel dealers, such as $50,000
for Surface Water Contamination of Gas,
Pollution from Above Ground Storage
Tanks, or Erroneous Delivery.
“This is an attractive market segment
because there are limited carrier options
and high premium opportunities in the
petroleum oil and fuel dealer industry,” said

riers who can write this exposure and most
are very regional in nature. We can provide
