new distribution partner for the Canadian
markets. Under the agreement, Intellidyne
will produce several of its patented Energy
Economizer models under CESC’s private
label: ThermStopper PLUS
®
.
In addition to selling Energy
Economizers throughout the Canadian
commercial markets, CESC has devel-
oped strategic relationships with several
Canadian gas utilities to secure customer

Corporation currently serves Ontario and
Quebec with plans to expand to other cen-
tral and western Canadian markets.

“We are extremely excited to have a partner

Balaban, COO of CESC explains, “We

Energy industry consulting firm Lake
Rudd Partners (LRP) has announced a
recruiting and employment service aimed
squarely at the energy and fuel sector.
The service is focusing on heating oil,
propane, motor fuel and convenience store
sectors, and offers a single point of contact
for employers seeking well-trained and
qualified employees, according to partners
in the firm.
“With the constant change and pace
with which the industry must function,
marketers need a resource that has domain
experience and can immediately connect
candidates to jobs. We allow owners and
managers to work on their businesses
vs. sifting thru dozens if not hundreds of
resumes,” said LRP’s Shane Sweet.
“We are well versed and well con-
nected in the energy markets and know on
a first-name-basis thousands of decision
makers across the U.S.”, said Sean Cota,
also a partner in LRP. “The energy sector is
a niche, and it is clear that a focus on the
sector will be of benefit to the industry.”
The partners say they are focusing on
placement of senior and mid-level execu-
tives. Submission of job-seeker resumes
at all levels is free. Employers seeking
executives will execute a placement agree-
ment with the firm, and upon execution of
the agreement, the partners will begin the
process of actively seeking prospects to fill
the position.
The group possesses an intimate
knowledge of the fuel sector as well as a
contact base of energy and fuel marketers
numbering in the thousands. “This is not
about posting a ‘help wanted sign’ on a
website”, said Cota. “Anyone can do that.
This is about being able to pick up the
phone or otherwise reach out to the right
candidates who can hit the ground running
immediately because we know them.”
Lake Rudd & Company’s focus is on the
energy and fuel industries with expertise
in finance, mergers & acquisitions, opera-
tions, business product line expansion,
operations, staffing and regulatory affairs.
