NEFI’s Employee Assistance Program is available at a discounted rate to all member employees and their family members. Experienced, compassionate consultants are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to provide you with immediate support as well as referral and follow-up services. To ensure complete confidentiality, we have contracted with ARCpoint Wellbeing Solutions, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) designed to support your wellbeing at work and at home and provide management and professional staff services.

ARCpoint Wellbeing Solutions provides confidential access to qualified professionals who can help with a wide range of everyday challenges, including stress, family concerns, financial or legal questions, work relationships, and life transitions.
