NEFI and QSC Service Manager Peer Group Educational Program
The NEFI Education Foundation and Quality Service Contractors (QSC), an enhanced service group of the National PHCC, are proud to announce their new Customer Service Representative Peer Group Education Program.
In today’s fast-paced fuel service environment, collaboration and shared experiences are key to overcoming challenges and driving success. These peer groups will provide a unique opportunity for participants to engage with fellow customer service reps, office managers and client representatives in heating oil, propane, and HVAC companies. The group discussions will promote the exchange ideas and offer valuable insights that will help them thrive.
These sessions will focus on first point-of-contact customer service training, including
Registration is open to customer service representatives, office managers and client representatives at NEFI-member companies. Space is limited. Whenever possible, peer groups will be created of participants with similar skill sets, years of experience, and company size.
WHEN: Program Starts September 11, 2025
WHERE: The program will consist of will consist of 4-5 virtual meetings, every other Thursday, from 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm.
SCHEDULE: Once all applicants are reviewed and approved, applicants will be notified of their final meeting schedule.
HOW TO APPLY:
APPROVAL: All applicants are subject to approval. Applications will be reviewed after receiving. Approved applicants will be sent a congratulations email along with a confidentiality agreement.
PAYMENT: All applicants will be sent an invoice upon approval.
COST: $1,950 per participant
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellation requests must be sent in writing 30 days prior to the first session to education_qsc@nefi.com
